I saw a bunch of customers buying Hunters at Saks during their F&F 25% off. Sale ends tomorrow. Looks like they have them on their website as well.

There are sellers on eBay who are very reputable who have a very good selection of sizes and colors of Hunter Wellies... they also sell 2nds and 3rds. I got a pair of the 3rds for $35 with free shipping, and they had a few little tiny scuffs but they were beautiful and an amazing deal... i think i remember seeing the 2nds on there for $60-70. and the shipping was free. Just a thought... the 3rds are really cheap on eBay, and in my opinion, an amazing deal!

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the seller here, but a lot of people are asking so I figured I would. (Mods, if this is a problem, just let me know, sorry!)

I have NO affiliation with this seller, but they're a wonderful wholesaler on eBay and the Hunter Wellies I purchased from them were perfect quality and only $35 shipped! They sell Hunter "seconds" and "thirds", I guess what you'd find in an outlet. I purchased the "thirds" because they were the cheapest. Turns out, they look identical as far as quality goes compared to the full-price ones. I was pretty skeptical when I bought them, but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box :) They had a few scuffs that wiped off, and they had some white oil residue from the rubber that wiped off with soap and water (I believe they refer to this as "blooming"). After I did this, they are FLAWLESS! I can post pictures and post them on here if you all would like.

Anyway, the seller's user ID is isaay_outlet on eBay. Super fast free shipping, too! I did notice that they went up in price since I purchased them, though. They are now $40, probably because the rainy winter weather is quickly approaching. Also, they ship to the US only it looks like. Maybe all the girls in other parts of the world could message them and see if they'd make an exception, though. They're super nice to deal with!

Enjoy everyone.. I hope this info helped! Sorry I rambled, it's just a really great deal and I hope you guys can take advantage :)

this explains so much! haha i ordered a pair last year from David Z and i got a pair of lilac hunter talls for $25. unheard of, right? well, when they came, they had this white stuff all over it, which i now learn is "blooming". haha i'm glad i know what it is now, but i wish the site would have explained it. It seems they were 3rds, due to the severity of the blooming. they are also quite small for the opening, i wonder if that is a defect too?

anyways, check out David Z, i'm sure they'll get more great deals soon.
