The Details:

* CCFA receives $10 for each ticket we sell and you receive 15%* savings throughout Bloomingdale's on almost all merchandise in both stores at Chestnut Hill Mall!

* Spend $300 or more using your Bloomingdale's charge card and you will receive an extra 5% off, for a total savings of 20%*!

* Open a Bloomingdale's charge on October 29th and take an extra 15% off, all day long!

* Another $5 donation is given to CCFA when you attend the Shopping Benefit on October 29th and present your ticket at the door. Proceeds from Bloomingdale's ticket sales at the door on the day of the event will be divided among charities that have 70 or more ticket holders attend the event. This additional donation could be in the thousands of dollars!

PRE-SHOPPING OPTION:

You can participate and support CCFA even if you cannot attend the event on October 29th by taking advantage of the Pre-Event Shopping Option. Begin shopping with your purchased ticket on October 22nd and pre-select your items for the Shopping Benefit. A Bloomingdale's Sales Associate will hold all of your selections along with your ticket and a credit card number. Your merchandise will be charged on October 29th, the day of the event. Then, simply pick up your purchases beginning October 29th. Your ticket stub will be counted at the end of the event and we will receive another $5 donation from Bloomingdale's.

Did anyone go to the sale? I was really disappointed. There really wasn't much on sale so it was just 15% off full price. (20% over $300). Most things I wanted weren't included too. Oh well, saved me money!

FYI, Nordstrom is price matching this deal. I went in and got a David Yurman bracelet for 20% off, which is better than the 15% I would have gotten at Bloomies without a Bloomies card.
