I don't think the Chanel counter does sales, but if there are any storewide sales that also include beauty, then Chanel skincare would be included.

You can also check out Strawberrynet if you are really in need of something ASAP. I shop from there all the time and it's pretty reputable. I've never had issues with them ever.

The Chanel Counter at Saks in SF will be having some sort of special this Friday. Lots of goodies given away according to what I was told today.
