omg, if I only I had this code like 12 hrs ago, when I placed a $350 order. I called CS, and they told me it's up to their "Processing Dept" if they can apply the code to my order that I already placed. I have to call back in 3 days to see if it does or not...

Yeah, that's odd - it's not working anymore, saying that it was only for use between April something and May 9, 2009. I think too many people might have tried to use it and they shut it down...?

That is the most janky way to run a CS department, it happened to me one time when I ordered flipflops from them. I called back for a price adjustment and they told me the same thing but I never got my credit. I hope you do because yours is a significant amount!
