Default Has "The insolite" been waiting 2 years??
Yesterday I got myself The Insolite in Ivory on my local LV boutique. I found the date code and is CA 2046. So it is supposed to be made on June 2006. Could it be possible this wallet was made 2 years ago and they store it, and decided to put it on sale 2 years later?

It's sooo sad, all that time waiting for me to save her... It makes me love her more.

You must have read it wrong because in 2006, the date codes worked only by months, example: CA 1026 is December 2006. Starting in 2007, the date codes got changed to work by the week. So starting in 2007 it could read CA 4057 which would be the 45th week of 2007. I hope this is clear! So it is probably CA 2048, but you thought you saw CA 2046. Hope that helps!

Well, the instructions are (I hope to explain myself):

The wallet is open, so you have the inner pocket (the zipper one) in front of you. The code is in the pocket behind the zip, on the right side. It's close to the stich, on the right side, on golden figures.

I hope I made it clear

Sometimes the 8 is mistaken as a 6 in some date codes...

Try using a flashlight to check along all the side seams
