Glad someone asked! The Sims 3, Spore, and Neverwinter Nights.

Oh- and I agree. Dead Space is pretty scary... the necromorphs creep me out to no end. And what a coincidence! L4D and Fallout 3 are both on my wishlist for games I want to play!

I play City of Heroes and a smattering of Xbox games... still a fan of the Halo franchise and I liked Dead Space. Looking forward to Champions Online.

COH - nice! I thought about trying out Champions Online but I just hate the art style. Too bad the Marvel game fell through but as least we got CO out of it.

I'm actually really looking forward to a game called DC Universe Online. Have you heard of it??? Same category as COH/COV and CO but will have the DC characters in it. I got a chance to demo the game at a convention last year and wow - it was SO much fun! So much fun. The demo was pretty short but you're stuck there wanting more. There were a group of 3 guys next to me who were hardcore COH/COV players. It was kind of interesting to hear their take on it.

I'm not an MMO guru or anything but I like to try them out every now and then. None have really stuck with me but I just don't have the time to grind on an MMO.

Thanks for the suggestions. I love Sims games, shooting games, race games, and I really like the tennis on the wii. Has anyone played any of the sims games on the wii?? Also I was thinking about getting the Sims 3 for my ipod touch has anyone played it? If so, what is it like?

As a hardcore Sims 2 player, I don't recommend playing the Sims on any platform BUT the computer. I've played the Sims on the DS, the PSP, and the XBOX and it's not fun at all. If you love the total freedom and the god-like status you have in the Sims games, then playing the Sims on anything besides the PC is a no-go. The other Sims games play more like a "mission" based game where you accomplish things rather than having total freedom over your sims. I haven't played the Sims 3 on my iPhone though, so I can't say what that's like.

House of the Dead Overkill was fun but weird.....and really short. I'm pretty sure I finished the game in a day. It's just an overall weird cinematic, old horror film style but still fun I guess. I'm not too big on the campy style but do love those arcade type shooters.

The Sims 3 on the iPhone/iPod Touch isn't really all that bad, actually. If you're not sure, I recommend watching some reviews. It is an app, after all. Plenty of reviewers out there.

I haven't really finished the game yet, haha. I didn't know it was short? Of course, I didn't finish House of the Dead 2 & 3 yet either! I love arcade-type shooters as well.

I must admit that I don't care for the whole "gangster/badass" vibe of Overkill... not really amusing at all.

^^
Did you play Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles? It's another arcade style shooter! Do you use the zapper or the perfect shot?

I play WOW (have since the day it was launched) and sometimes SIMS 3 if I need a break hehe.

Otherwise my favourite is to attend LANs, where we usually cover StarCraft, Counter Strike, Age of Empires and lately a lot of Left 4 Dead over Steam (this is done more at home online). I'm definitely a PC gamer, I share all the consoles with my brother but he'll always be the console gamer! I'd rather put my money into bags and computer equipment :)

Can't wait for Starcraft 2!! So excited!

ME TOO!! But I am on the last level, with only 3 more days to go, and I think that's the end after that.

I love the Sims 3, although it's a bit sloooooow on my PC and the speed up time doesn't really speed up time all that much.

I also play Animal Crossing: Wild World on my DS every single day. I've only missed one day since I got the game in late January from a friend.

Me too! I was going nuts for a few days after the Blizzard press conference in Korea a few years ago with the in game footage. Sigh. I guess we'll just have to keep on waiting for it.

Right now, I'm playing Mario Kart on the Wii, and Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends on the DS.
