And the hello kitty is an app called Zeppelin (also from Cydia).

Use cydia to search "Zeppelins". Or even google. Lots of ppl theme for it. :)
I don't miss my clock, since I have the widget in place. That's cydia app called perpagehtml+

I do for my 1st page. I like that one being clean and no icons or folders. iBlank in cydia let's me keep it that way after a respring.
