i use my laptop much much more than the desktop, but i think it's mainly because it's faster and more convenient.

i use the desktop whenever i need to print something (because i haven't set up wireless printing yet) or if i need to use the pc's version of office. sometimes the mac version gets complicated for me.

but for some reason, i like having both so i'll definitely be getting another desktop to replace our old one. i don't like the idea of having just laptops in our house. i'm weird like that.

We have two desktops (PC and iMac) and two laptops (PC and Macbook Pro). I use the Macs, fiance uses the PCs. I'd say I use my iMac a little more, probably because I like the larger screen for editing pictures and playing the occasional games. The MacBook Pro is nice for portability (13") and I can use it while sitting on the couch or if I'm taking it to work/school.

We have the same setup. I rarely use my desktop but my husband uses his because he likes using a bigger screen.

I have two laptops & a desktop. I use the MacBook Air for school mostly. Its perfectly portable. Normally I use the MacBook around the house if I wanna watch things or do intensive things. But when I'm in my room I usually watch stuff on the iMac or photo editing and things like that.

I used to have both/use when I was in school. When I'm at home I use the desktop. I used the laptop when I studied with friends or in the study halls we had or whenever I was in my bedroom (our room was pretty small so it could only fit two twin bed with one desk.. i volunteered to keep my desk out in the living room.. lol.. it helped with being tempted to go to sleep instead of studying.... sometimes... we had a comfy couch.... soo that was tempting too at times lol). But now I only use my laptop since I no longer have hw to do and only really use the computer for internet/email and photo storage ^__^. The desktop is nicely tucked away hah... waiting for it to be upgraded someday.

We have 2 desktops and 2 laptops.. Both desktops are windows 1 is for business only and the other is for personal & business both my DH uses, Then we both have macbook pro laptops, This is pretty much all I use anymore, I just cant stand going from mac to windows so I stick to my macbook.

I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro. It's just easier to have 2 computers sometimes when we both are looking stuff up. I like having the laptop because I can be on the computer when we are hanging out and he's watching football!

I have both and use both. I use the laptop mainly when I'm not at home. But lately I've been using both of them at the same time...yay for school work!!
