wtf is coach thinking

so i called two weeks ago requestiong a new handtag for my bag
i needed a black leather or patent leather tag i told them this over the phone and what do i get

the tag on the top is what i needed and the tag on the bottom is what i got its made of rubber and it is soooo tacky loooking at it looks fake

and its huge!! wtf

Oy, that's not a good looking hangtag... looks like a bad service job. I'd call them up again and ask what's up. Hope it works out!

My goodness. Send it back and let them know that that's not the one you were expecting and that you aren't satisfied. Send in a picture of your tag to make sure they know EXACTLY what you want.

Yikes! It's nasty! Definetly call them up or if you leave near a Coach boutique head down there with both tags!
Why would they make such ugly cheap things? Not a good brand image!

I have seen those on some classic bags. I think they are trying to come up with replacement hangtags that go with everything because they probably don't have all the colors and sizes in stock.

i called coach and told them that the tag they sent me was disgusting and that it was made of rubber when i asked for a black leather tag. Once again i gave the style number of the bag 10120 and they said they will send me a new one! we will see how this goes! I Will stop by the coach store on wednesday and see what they can do as well

I hope you can get your tag! I still haven't called but I need the red patent tag for my red patent hobo. I bought it at the outlet without the hangtag.

Wow.. that is weird. What the hell are they doing over there. I wonder why they would even consider giving you that tag, I have never seen it. EWWW.
