What numbers have some of you entered at Coach.com to track a store purchase?

I know some have said they were successful in typing in the order number from the receipt on Coach.com to track a package and I have done this before, but can't seem to get it to work now.

What is the specific address you use and how many of the numbers do you type in?

Last time I swear I had something on my receipt that said "Order No."

But I just ordered something yesterday and I dont have that. I tried to enter other numbers I found on the receipt but the website didnt find anything. I wonder if it was just too early to try to track it?

I went to http://www.coach.com/OrderStatus/default.aspx
and put in my entire order number and it found my order ...but in the top corner of the odrer status only showed the first 12 numbers in my order to track it.

Weird thing is that it has all my items that ordered PLUS 5 more that I did not. WTH?

me too.....there was 1 thing yesterday that i didn't order and today the same order shows 4 other things i did not order.....my SA told me that it will come out right just wait for the computers to correct themselves. My receipts have the correct items so i guess it will either come correctly or i'll get bonus stuff....lol

I think it shows all the orders for that store (maybe for that day?) because last time I noticed like 10 items and I only ordered 1 of them. But all the rest of the items were going to MA addresses and it was a MA store that I visited.

Yes, it is showing all orders that day.

I have entered my whole order number, then WITH only the first 12, then with the last 12, I still can't pull it up.

I will have to call tomorrow.
