I wear the bag in my avatar, I have it in a few colors, it's easy because it's crossbody or I just put my Compact Clutch in the diaper bag, Skip Hop Dash, if I have enough room.

I haven't been carrying a diaper bag for awhile since my son is 2.5 now and less maintenance. However, once my new baby comes any day now, I plan on using smaller bags like my Legacy Crossbody, my Berry Small Satchel and am also contemplating the Hamptons Vintage Clutch.

If I have the stroller I like to use a crossbody, looking to pick up a Legacy one on *Bay hopefully :) If I have the baby in a carrier I prefer to use a tote or any purse I can hold easily because I find a crossbody gets pinned in the carrier and hard to access.

Once and a while I toss my wallet in my diaper bag but I find I'm constantly checking for it lol.

If I was to go out by myself I would wear a wristlet in the diaper bag. But if I went out with DH I would wear any bag that was the bag for that day. It always helps when there is someone to help with the kids

I don't have kids but my sister, who shares my love for Coach, carried one of the first Coach baby bag six years ago with her girl. It was basically an oversized tote with a changing pad!! She a year old prince and she got the watercolor baby bag just before he was born. It still looks brand new.

I use my large Leather Ergo tote. When my daughter was younger I used a Fleurville Mothership but I use that as a travel bag for vacations now.

I carried mostly Fleurvilles (and no purse) when mine were both in diapers but once I didn't need SO much gear I was able to make it work with an Ergo tote--diapers and wipes and a disposable changing pad in a Diapees & Wipees holder flat along the bottom and a couple of toys/books/snacks thrown in on top, along with mom stuff. Right now mine are 4 and 2 and my main purse for quick errands is just a large Soho flap--a few wipes in a ziploc and a diaper shoved in one of the inner pockets. I have a Soho flap satchel I use if I'm bringing any snacks or anything.

My daughter is now 6 months and I have been using either one of my swingpacks or my Bleecker duffle crossbody.

With that being said, I have missed using my "real" bags. I just started re-using my Bleecker duffle after it being away for like maybe 3 months and I pulled it out cuz I need more room one day last week... I so missed using a larger leather bag. Now as I am preparing to return to work I am looking forward to using my bags again!

I don't carry an extra bag with me...I just use my diaper bag and I put all my stuff in my capacity wristlet and mini skinny and stuff it in the diaper bag...the less to carry-the better..jmho.

I used a leather hobo, I breastfed and my daughter never had any throw up or fuss really, so the bag would just be nice and clean and her diapers would fit in it perfect. I loved it because I didn't look like I was a loaded down mom. The one thing I ranted about when people were planning the baby shower was to NOT get me a diaper bag LOL

I have two kiddos that are way to old to need a diaper bag, but I have found that now they need me to carry one more than ever. I take it with me to their games/tournaments and I keep all kinds of crap in it.......anything from food, nintendo ds, cell phones, medicine, arm braces, you get my drift. I guess I should call it a "family" bag now since everyone benefits from it.

I do the same thing. Had to take the diaper bag to Sea World last month and I just threw my stuff in my capacity wristlet and put it in the diaper bag. Less to worry about if its all in one bag.
