What are the chances...(shoe question)

of Coach getting back a certain of shoes? I missed out on black Havana's and I really, REALLY wanted them! What happens if someone returns it if they received it as a gift, does it stay in the store, goes to corporate, never to be seen again? They are so pretty and not too high. Sigh....
