Went to the outlet today, I bought...

My daughter her very first Coach purse! She's 13. She saw it on the shelf and picked it out herself. They only had two of them left. I told her to get the denim patchwork pouch instead if she wanted to (I didn't think she would really want a black bag) but she insisted on this cute, rare '07 Legacy black leather pouch! It was only $55! Retails for $168. It has the legacy lining inside and I think that's what sold her on it. She was very delighted to see that striped lining and she loves the turnlock pocket in front. Other pouches don't have that.

The SA informed her, "I didn't get my first Coach purse until I was 26!" and that made my daughter feel kinda sheepish, I saw her look down at the floor. Later on I told her that people are going to tell her that all the time but wear her first Coach purse proudly! She absolutely adores it. That is her modeling it for you all.

Indeed! I didn't get my first Coach until I was 19.
I hope this is the beginning of a new love affair with Coach, and now you have a shopping buddy!

Thank you everyone. I almost bought myself the froggy key fob but I didn't. They had four hanging there and all had crooked eyes that weren't cut out good. Some had funny mouths that didn't look right. I could have asked to see more of them from their closet but I decided I really don't need another key fob so passed it up.

That is awsome! Tell her congrats! I think that's great and it was such a good deal. My daughters only 7 and comments all of the time on how much she like my bags. For know she has a Hannah Montana bag.

I've never seen that - it's so cute! It's a nice combination of a youthful and more mature style. She can use that for a *long* time! :)
