I went by the Hagerstown outlet on our way back from the in-laws. If I had known that I wasnt going to find anything else in the whole of Prime Outlets, I would have spent more at COACH, but, whatev....

Anyways, here is a straw Parker
I like it but I am a small bag gal and this is REALLY SMALLLL....
I have never returned anything.
Is it possible to return an outlet buy to a FP store if I have the tag but it is not attached and I have the receipt?

PS- the price on this Parker was unbelieveable. It was like $35.00
