I haven't had that happen to me, so I don't know. I'd suggest asking in your local Coach boutique, or contacting Coach customer service and asking them how you should do it.

What kind of leather is it (meaning pebbled, vintage, etc.) because they are all a little different and they all have different methods of cleaning. If you aren't sure what kind of leather it is you can post a photo here and we can probably identify it for you. Also, what color is the leather?
