Interesting!!! You already know I think the grey patent with the silver hardware is drop dead gorgeous and would be a fantastic "work bag." You know these crazy rain storms here in TN, just all of a sudden, boom, they hit! Patent would be great and also go with everything!!!

OOh, toughie. I like the metallic b/c the texture of the leather is AWESOME, and it's incredibly relevant (trend-wise). It's just a pretty, pretty bag. However, the patent is very professional.... and if you plan to use the Peyton in a professional setting (read: not causal professional, but professional professional), I would say go for the gray patent. It's more conservative/grown up/formal.

The metallic is more zest-for-life/fun-time.... you know?

Could you keep both, the metallic for weekends and the patent for worktime?

I also think the patent would probably wear better, if you're using it EVERY day.

I also vote for the grey patent. the color pops much better with the nickle hardware. and yes the handles are a long drop length and they stay on the shoulder the best I think of any Coach bag.

Another vote for gray patent. A metallic bag is fun (Im loving my metallic Leah!), but for a work bag I would definitely go w/a non-metallic. The gray patent will be both fashionable and professional at the same time.

I personally prefer the metallic.
I guess patent may be more work-looking and more durable, but I just love the metallic too much! I would stuck with metallic - she's a show stopper! It is not too flashy, and it will make you a little more unique at work.

What about keeping the metallic and getting the grey? If you cant do that I say keep the metallic if it makes you sad thinking about getting rid of it then most likely you shouldn't because you'll probably want it back

I just went and looked at a couple and went with the metallic! I love it!!!!! Sosososososo pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go with what you like though!
