Hello all, I'm so glad I've found this forum.

Long story short, I work for my familiy business and this year, we want to give back to people at our office for their hard work (which are 99% girls). So we've decided to get Coach purses as presents for the annual bbq.

So what are the "new and fashionable" purses right now? and where can we get a decent discount when we purchase in a large quantity?

Wow! It's wonderful that you want to give your employees Coach for a gift! I don't think there are bulk quantity discounts for Coach. In the US we have Coach Outlet Stores which you can get great discounts.

Hi and welcome. I don't know anything about whether Coach gives a volume discount or not. What I was going to say was how lovely and generous your gesture is. One comment I had was that a handbag is such a personal item and sometimes it can be very difficult to chose one for somebody else. Everyone has such variations as to what they like and do not like, perhaps a Coach giftcard would be a good idea as well?

Check out the Shopping Forum. I think I recently read there that Tanger Outlets have a 25% off coupon off entire purchase. I was in the outlets last weekend and saw alot of slim and medium optic and signature carlys and madelines which is pretty new and definately fashionable.

Very nice idea, but I agree w/ the others, the boutiques won't likely offer any incentive for buying in bulk.

That is such a great gift. I think that if my job even did something as thoughtful as a keychain from Coach I would be appreciative. There is so many bags out, it really depends on how much you are going to spend. But I would have to go with the others and say that a gift card would be the best way to go. Especially if people have different styles. Unfortunately the outlet is the only place I know that has discounts, but I think they are on in the US

Definately a gift card - you won't want to get the same bag for everyone and it will make you crazy trying to figure out the perfect style for each girl! Also, the only way to get a discount on Coach really is to buy via sales or the outlets.

I would definitely recommend a gift card too. That is a fabulous gift!!!!

I say gift card, too. Personally I prefer a leather coach over a fabric signature Coach so I know every woman is different. Let us know what you decide. That's really a wonderful gift idea, they're lucky.

ITA about the gift card...they can choose to go shopping at a boutique or outlet as they wish. They can then talk about what they've purchased and it really adds to their excitement and connection in the workplace.

Maybe grab some Coach catalogues (since they're free) from the boutique and this will help introduce the brand to some women who are not familiar with Coach.
