Need Help...

i just bought a coach legacy shoulder bag from eBay, cause i don't live in us ,so i ask a help from my friend, we're not really that close, but she's willing to take the bag home next week, the problem is she said the bag is doesn't look new to her, the leather on the under side of the bag is dirty, she describe it as blackish, which is not a good thing at all, cause the bag color is whiskey. But she said that the thing it's not really that obvious & maybe all i have to do to is clean the bag myself. I can't get her to take the picture of the bag or ask her another favour to clean the bag, cause i know she's very busy with her job. What should i do, i feel pretty bad rite now, i've been wanting this bag since.. ever.. She's going home on the 16th this month, there's still time but i had no idea what should i do..

That's the seller, i bought exactly the same bag as the one in the link.

Can your friend take a picture of the bottom of the bag to show how it looks? How dark is it? Some of the whiskey bags may have some darkening on the underside. It might have come from the store this way. It's not a good idea to use anything on the bag to "clean" it, as this may ruin the leather. The darkening may be a natural aspect of the leather. I know you said your friend is busy, but it would be good if you could have her take a picture of the area so you can get a sense of what it looks like. I notice in the auction that the seller didn't include any pictures of the bottom of the bag.

i already sent her an e-mail ask her to take the picture hopefully she's not 2 busy with her job. Thx starrymaz, if i got the picture, i will post it rite away...
