Japan Site....why do they get cool stuff?

We use a site at work called bablefish (babelfish.altavista.com) to translate things. It not great but it does the job and you can get the just of what it says in the other language. For the Japan Coach web site you need to select the translate from Japanese to English, and you would just copy and past the word. I don't think it will work on everything .....but it may help!

I've actually found that site pretty easy to navigate in spite of the language issue - all of the dropdowns are in the same place/order as the regular site so you can just hit the link that would be for all bags or all accessories on the Japan site and it will list everything in that category just like the US site does. The bag names are usually in English and the style numbers are there too so you can call JAX to see if you can order the item you want - some you can get. For pricing info you can just use an online currency converter (although I'd not rely 100% on those #'s as the exchange rates fluctuate and they may charge different prices in Japan). I've also used a site - www.freetranslation.com to translate before - it's pretty good.

keep in mind, it probably looks even smaller on me. I am 5'4'' and very "fluffy" at this point. But hey, when you wait 12 1/2 years and have your second baby as late as I did, you have baby fat and middle age spread at the same time!

I am also including some more pics with my Hamptons wristlet to show size comparison...it is not at wide, but it is deeper from front to back than the wristlet.

the Hampton's tote in this color...I have the red one from this past Christmas season....if only I knew it was coming (maybe) in this color I would have held out! Do you think we will ever get that Bleeker? I love the rectangle shape....different.

I think someone tried to call about ordering the pink Hamptons, and got different answers. First yes, it was available, then no when she called back to order. Worth a try though - JAX's aswers on stock seem to vary by the day sometimes. I do really like that Bleecker - I am absolutely out of bag funds right now, otherwise I would call JAX to see if it was available. Bleecker = 11436 Hamptons = 12289 in case you wanted the item numbers.

thanks so much.....will have to pass up on the pink and just enjoy my red. I may call about the Bleeker and have the number written on my list. I trawl ?? the Japan site and write numbers down all the time. I am just glad JAX has an 800 number or my phone bill would be as big as by COACH bill!

Yes. JAX is Jacksonville, Florida. Not Japan.

JAx is the loaction you order from when you call the customer service/ordering number on Coach's website. They will ship to you or your local store if you prefer, I believe.
