Default Is the drill down working?
Maybe my link is out-dated? This is the link I am using (I am trying to view 12303)

The link is correct. Not everything will come up on the drilldown. Some older items, some limited edition items, and Factory items will not come up on the drilldown. #12303 is the Soho Leather Business Tote. Here's some on eBay:

Thanks when I tried looking up 12303 (using the drilldown link I posted) I got a COACH web page that said:

We are currently updating our website. You are receiving this message because you have accessed a page that has been recently updated.

^^ Yeah, that's the page you get when items are not available on the drilldown. As I mentioned, certain items will not show up on the drilldown.
