I love it! This bag looks wonderful on you! The color is gorgeous! Everytime I see this bag, I want it even more...

Can it fit what a medium Carly can in it?

Drop length of the small straps is around 5". I can actually fit it over my shoulder but it looks really stupid that way!!!

Otherwise, I like this, but I'm still not certain of the size. I believe I like the overall look of your small satchel much better than the large for some reason..although I'm not really a small bag person. It just seems better proportioned to me with the detail on the bag, and also I THINK another the reason is I don't like the way large slouches so much (I don't like satchels to cave in). It seems from your pics that your stuff keeps it a bit more structured. Would you say that's the case, or is it just the way it's sitting in your pics?? Also, I'm sorry if I missed this in the thread, but didn't see it...are the measurements accurate, or do you find the bag is a tad larger?? Oh, and it looks like your strap hangs down more than the large..is there a way to adjust that droop?? This is one thing I didn't notice so much with the large, so I wonder if they have the same length strap and it just hangs lower on the small??

The leather looks very nice!! I don't like a thin shiny leather, but this one looks perfect. I hope it's thick enough to retain it's shape a bit once the leather breaks in more.

Sorry for so many questions!! I'm trying to decide between the large crimson Zoe and the cranberry Sabrina (I don't want both), and your bag just put the Sabrina back in the running! Now if I can just decide!!

Thanks so much for posting pics!!! Congrats on your new bag, and I hope you ENJOY it!!!

OK lets answer your questions! yes, to me it does appear to be raised plastic with gold "paint" of some sort. Not sure how it would hold up under normal wear and tear, but I treat my bags soooo cautiously that Im sure itll be ok. But I agree - they could have used something more substantial - great look, but I bet next time it will have metal or something!!!

I also agree with what you said about preferring the smaller one due to it keeping its shape better. It pretty much keeps the same shape stuffed, empty, and now with some of my smaller items (I switched to my lighter tattersall wristlet and took out a few "crap" things that I really dont need to carry around). The large one that was posted seemed to sag, without being totally full, and for me, that bag totally full would be too heavy to hand carry for any length of time.

I forgot to hook the long strap back around under the bag when I took the picture - it doesnt hang like that - its just fine.

And the leather is VERY nice. Thick enough definitely. Its not Legacy leather, but its nicely done, a light texture, a nice sheen to the leather but not patent-shiney. I just appled it to protect it and its such a deep rich color and feel soooo good to the touch. Very luxurious, I feel the leather matches the look of the bag perfectly.

Hope that helps your decision!! They are both gorgeous bags, so either way you cant go wrong. Just my personal opinion, I prefer this one - its very different for Coach. Zoe is a little Carly-like, but thats certainly not a bad thing!!

Yes even though it appears smaller, I can definitely fit the same stuff I used to carry in my medium Carlys, and I can even zip the bag with my sunglasses case, whereas with the Carly the case sometimes made the zipper bulge out a little.
