I am new here, and about coach bag at outlet...

I just bought COACH SIGNATURE STRIPE REVERSIBLE TRAVEL TOTE RED 10125 yesterday at outlet, but it's just $298 and additional 20% :(

It is so wiered. Ii bought it at $298 and while i backed home, i found the retail price is exactly the same!!!!
So i called the outlet,and they told me they will back 20% money back...

Should i still own it or not????~~

it's around $238 after the 20%... if you really love the bag, then yes keep it. If not, back it goes!

I have noticed some of the outlet deals are awesome and others are really not worth the trip. I always head for the clearance and 30%-40% first.

If you don't like it, why would you buy it in the first place? It's kind of an added bonus that they are giving you 20% back.

I bought it in outlet. It was actually 30-40%off these days. But i only like this one and another 10124. I bought these two. 10124 is $190 after 20%off, while this one had have no tag in it.
it took a long time the sales helped me to find the price. They told me $298 was the factory price after 20%off. ... So i bought it ~~

But I found i bought it at regular price while i backed home... Also it seems coach shop often has many other sales, that's why i am wondering whether should i return it back.

I think there is a slight language issue here, are you saying they didn't give you the discount when you purchased it?
It all ready seems that you are happy with your other purchase, and not with this one.

WOW!! Yeah, I was just at the outlet yesterday, and a lot of the newer retail bags were factory price plus 20% off. As they get older and stay on the shelves, they are usually marked further down if they don't sell out. THe way I look at it is if I really want it, then I will pay that price, as it's usually at least a bit reduced compared to PCE price. Sometimes the factory price or original markdown is even better than 10% too, so that with 20% off sometimes makes it even better! I would definitely make them readjust your sale price, and if you don't love the bag, then I would hold out for something else.

Sorry for my little bit poor language. I am a new wo~~~

When i found the two bags, medium and large signature reversible totes,they were both the last one in the shop. However, It is the first sale day at the coach outlet.

The factory price of the medium one is 10%off, so i bought it plus additional 20%off. While the large one, which i loved so much, was still $295, just the same as the retail price but no factory price :-(

So i am wondering whether i should keep it .. Because why the bag was saled in outlet at retail price??? How sad the tag was missing...I think definitely the factory price of this bag is not $295.

Ok, thanks for the clarification.

I would return the $295 tote, it seems like you aren't happy with it all ready since you didn't get a good deal on it.

Yesterday, i called coach outlet. Big surprise!!!
The customer service told me the factory price of the sig bag 10125 is $269. No wonder, they should refund $298-$269*80% to me...

But i did not like it so much as before now~~" Woooo~~

I could have told you this before if I had read this earlier.

If you paid only an extra 20% off from the ORIGINIAL price but got the bag at an OUTLET then - you did the right thing by calling.

I'm pretty sure all items in the Coach outlet have two prices on the tag at least. MSRVP and FACTORY.

Looks like someone messed up.

If that was me I'd be pretty mad. Jeesh they should give you an additional discount for the price mistake
