Default HELP! color transfer on my white optic signature carly! =(

So.. I've been using my White Optic Signature Carly for less than a month and I notice that one side (the side that faces my hip) is starting to look old and theres some slight color. I previously had a faint jean transfer that i was able to remove with baby wipes. but then the fibres in the fabric became rough and not smooth so it started rubbing against my black dress now the C's on the purse is starting to look old, faint black tint, with some fuzz lint balls starting to form.

Is there another solution i can try to remove the remaining colour on the bag and then protect it with something for preventative measures for the future. I love this bag as my summer bag and it bothers me that one side looks bright and clean and the other doesn't. I searched the threads and tried a few suggestions but there is still some colour left.

Did you try to clean it with a lil of the non-color woolite? That usually works for me, but I have never had to deal with color transfer
