Have you ever bought a new Coach bag and hid it in your closet?

Haaaa. I do this, too. I have a wallet and handbag I haven't used yet....they're just waiting to see the light of day....soon.

Well the bag I had hidden (my sig stripe demi) made it's appearance today. Hub noticed it right away .... but he didn't seem TOO mad....good thing, too, since I'm going Ergo shopping soon haha

Coachfanatic, you are NOT the only one!! I bought 2 Coach bags at the outlet during our recent trip to Silverthorne and Denver, CO, and both bags are still hiding in the closet. My cousin and sister also bought new bags at the outlets, and we've all been hiding our new purchases waiting for the right moment to spring it out on our unsuspecting husbands!! (yes, horrid, isn't it?)

I also bought the new Hamptons carryall that just came out last month and have yet to take it out. Since it's technically my fall bag, I guess I'd have to wait for the right moment to take it out....maybe when the weather gets cooler and burgundy becomes more appropriate to wear. It's 90+ degrees here on our end - much to early for fall colors!

I do it all the time, I have so many bags that have come in over the last year, and that I haven't used he wouldn't know what is new or what has been in the closet anyway. I also keep my side a little messy too, so that he wouldn't even know where to start looking.

He says they all look the same anyway, that is what he told the clerk at Younkers the other day, her and I shared a mutual eyeroll when he turned away! LOL!

He doesn't care when I get a gently used bag, he knows that I am usually patient enough to wait for the best bargain. I have to get a little bit of an okay to get a brand new one though, it is my money, but it is good to be honest.

Ok, now I'm itching to bring out my Pond Legacy Shoulder Bag. HELP!

I have a Whiskey flap and the new Whiskey Swingpack. DH didn't even notice the new Swingpack because it was the same color. DOH, totally different purse, dude!

LOL!

Anyway, this pond color will really stick out. Like I said earlier, he really doesn't care money wise but I'm just not in the mood for the "Another Coach?" look. Ladies, I'm sure you know what I mean by that "look".

^^ my now ex would give me that look sometimes but it was my money so he had no place doing any eye rolling, hehehehe. In time he got to know a lot of my bags' designers so gotta give him credit for that.
