Has anyone seen the Accordian Turnlock Wallet, like the Lily bag?

I am considering ordering the Accordian Turnlcok Wallte, the one that looks like the Lily bag, but was wondering if anyone had actually seen it. My question is about where the flap comes over, does it have to be "turned" each time you open it?

looking at the picture, it looks like it does have to be turned If you look at the last "hole" on the flap part, you can see thru it, so the "turn" part must still be on the other side. Im pretty sure this is what you are talking about
