wtf? how on earth did they get it through the leather....could not have been easy....I would've given up trying to get it through myself. Thankfully the one I bought (as well as the others I saw) had the sensor looped through the frame on the change part.

When I wen to Tjs today ( a different one from the one I went yesterday) they had ergo wallets and one large chelsea wallet. The chelsea wallet had the sensor through the leather and all of these were in the case too !

This is craziness! All the wallets I saw at TJ's and Marshalls today had a plastic loopy thing around the whole wallet and the sensor was attached with a metal thing. It did not damage the wallet at all!

It makes NO sense to damage your own merchandise!

I'm starting to get lucky enough to see a few legacy wallets at some of my TJ Maxx stores and none of them have the hole through the leather. They put the sensor through a loop thing through the turnlock keyhole. One of my TJ Maxx stores isn't going to release their Coach until this Monday. They want to be different, I guess. I'll be there with bells on!!

I went to TJMax last week and the only thing that I saw was a wallet. It had a sensor strap around the main flap that opens, but so it wont slip out the made it smaller so the leather was all-wrinkled and it look so sad. I left it.

It annoys me SO much when stores place their sensors in materials/areas that damage the merchandise.

The Nordstrom Rack by me places their sensors through the sides of their leather shoes, and in the front, center legs of their designer denim

I have been to at least 6 TJ's this week, and I was SO HAPPY to see that none of them did this!

Thanks for the warning though, I can't say that I honestly would have thought about it if you hadn't mentioned it!!!

Fields, have you decided if you will keep them or not?

Oh my goodness, that's just ignorant. What on earth are they thinking when they do that? They're just ruining everything!

Yup, i noticed this when I was looking at them in the store. Decided to go ahead and leave it. You couldn't even close the wallet, the sensor was so big, in the way, and right through the middle of it!!
