Hi Fellow Singaporeans,
im currently in US but will be going back to SG soon. I have a carly that i have not use yet, but after hearing all the fraying carly problem, i start to worry. If i have a problem with my carly, can i send back to store for repair?

i rang one of the boutiques in singapore regarding a torn wristlet, and the SA told me they can't do anything about it unless it was bought from their store.

if i were you, i'd get a leather carly instead.

i asked to repair my wristlet and they said no. i said, i'll pay! they said, sorry we don't do that!

OMG, that sucks! im gonna have to start using all my bags before i come back. I was still thinking of saving a few for CNY

yeh, that's what's holding me back from getting a siggy carly... service here is nothing like in the US.

yes, i totally understand that! i really wana keep my Sig carly and is praying that it will be ok. I got the geranium patent trim so its really suitable for CNY. I guess i have to search for another one for CNY

how about the chili carly? red leather is yum! i reckon i love it more than the red/khaki (is it geranium or beet?)! or the red patent zoe!
