Anyone have the Bleeker Snakeskin Patchwork?

I thought I was seeing things when I saw that it's $1200! I'm not much of a patchwork fan...but something about this bag makes me want to get it. I told hubby it was $1200. His first response was, "FOR A COACH...does it organize everything in your purse automatically for you??"

So my question to all of you is...

1. Have you seen this bag in person? If so, what are your thoughts?

2. If you have it, how do you like it?

3. Would you spend $1200 on a Coach?

I'm digging this bag too. I love the clutch also but even that is $500. If I had the money I'd so get it...

Does a Birken automatically organize for you?

That's a WOW patchwork. $1200 on a Coach? Why not . . . some, very few pieces can justify the cost. The detail, craftmanship, uniqueness. Coach Snakeskin vs. LV coated vinyl. Yes I like organics.

I saw that bag and loved it, but was disappointed in the price - snakeskin isn't a terribly expensive skin normally, especially in a patchwork (they can use smaller bits of skin) - this isn't Python or something exotic so I'm not understanding the pricing since the leather/suede patchwork one is $458! If this was around $800 I would have bought it as I love the color, but when a bag gets above $1k, I'm going to go for a classic higher end bag like Balenciaga or Chanel - this bag is very trendy imo and one I'd most likely love for short time and then put away and not use for ages and probably end up selling.

- He was being sarcastic He has gone to the Coach store/outlet to buy me a few items and has never seen one with this price tag...which is why he made that comment

- I have not seen this bag in person..so i don't know if the craftsmanship and detail justifies $1200.

Legacygrl, yes the clutch is really nice too!
Suzeeee, I agree...when I look at bags over 1k...It's usually a Balenciaga. They are just so classic, gorgeous, and colors are TDF!

I love blue...and that's probably why I keep looking at this bag!

I don't usually love blue colored bags (or patchworks for that matter), but this one is TDF! The If I had the $$ I'd definitely pay $1200 for this Coach!
