Praise to Rene at the Las Vegas premium outlet!!!

I shopped at two outlets over the weekend, for COACH only :) I made an exchange (which I will talk about later in another post after I get my pics taken of my new goodies!) And Rene was amazing, so nice, and attentive.

One purse I was looking at didn't have a tag, and the other did but I wasn't sure if it was located in the correct spot because it was marked for an additional 40% off, so she quickly whisked my items away and got pricing for them and was just so friendly about everything. Of course I realize they get credit for helping customers, but she was just the best person I've ever had help me in any Coach venue. If you go to the Vegas Premium outlet ask for her for sure! She's short, and has black hair, I belive it was cut into an angled bob (of course this can change at anytime though

)

I have to say though, that our cashier was not friendly and was quite snotty about my exchange even though I was giving them a nice brand new boutique bag to sell

At my second outlet (Barstow, CA) I didn't have any help, but that was okay, because I didn't need any and we just wanted a quick in-and-out "just to see" - even though I ended up getting something new there too. My cashier there was super nice, my DH says her name was Chris - I couldn't tell you that for sure, because I didn't catch her say her name, but she's blonde and pregant

and really nice.
