Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear the customer service was so bad. One of my favorite SA's works there. Maybe she had the day off. She's always so very helpful and nice even though I bring up an armful of bags and accessories to the counter and then I keep taking bags and accessories off the total until it fits within my budget.

I just called Vacaville looking for a new lg. ziparound wallet and they just got in a shipment of the Zoe wallets (the ones w/ the buckles in the front) in the Bronze - they are $98 - I just did a charge hold and am picking it up on Sunday! They didn't have the patchwork or Soho metallic ziparounds though. There's so many of those on ebay right now they've hit the outlets - if anyone sees them at a Bay Area outlet, please let me know.

I also love the SA's at Petaluma. They help me to try on bags, fill them with my stuff, etc. They even have modeled the bags for me!, they are so darn nice I always feel obligated to buy something, I dont know of this is a good thing tho .

About the drawers, you are not supposed to open them yourself but if you ask they open them for you but they have to be there, if part of their policy. I've done this many times, I ask them to open the drawer so I can look for the one that is perfect!

yeah, i figured that it must have been part of their policy..but this particular sa was pretty nasty about it but oh well. anyways, i went to napa last night to check out a garden and made a side trip over to the outlet. they pretty much had the same things that i listed in the petaluma update. they still had tons of amanda satin minis in fuschia if anyone is interested in that and some ergo satchels in rose and magenta.

oh yeah, they had sunglasses there too for 99$ plus 20% off. the napa, gilroy and vacaville stores had a bigger selection than petaluma

Bethany is really nice. When the SA's are friendly and helpful, it makes all the difference. I've been to some boutiques where I just don't feel welcome and rarely go back.

I did find the madison crossbody in teal :)
They had a few madison french purses left.


Nothing much else besides the rest of the factory bags. It was pretty crowded but they were giving away the 10% off coupons.

Whoops! I didn't know you weren't supposed to open them. I'm so glad I didn't get yelled at when I did...I would have been so embarrassed.

pretty much the same stock from the Folsom, CA Outlets. My memory's a bit foggy on the prices, but they also have the Francine style bags in many different styles. Patent pond, sig, and some other material that looks almost made out of straw?

Anyway, they also have the Madison small shoulder bags in Cherry for $218 + Add'l 50% Off, and another one in a gold color (there were also several other bags in this color as well). They also have those Addison-style bags in black and green. And I believe I saw a Peyton there in Cherry, too. At least one that looks a bit like it. It was around $800 though.

Several Carly's, one of them a gold khaki/leather, beautiful. I also saw the Legacy Shoulder bags in different colors: Black, Whiskey and Magenta color.

That's all I remember for now. It was also crowded at the Folsom location, and they too, were giving out the coupons as well. I was ecstatic.

I picked up the Madison small Shoulder bag in Cherry ($109.99) and the V-day scarf ($26) which totaled to $146. It was fun.
