Lots of nice gloves and wool scarves too - wish they had some 100% cashmere ones -- I'm sadly allergic to wool. And.... I came home with a plum patent Lg. Sabrina w/ the chain strap! Funny story -- so the only thing I could find that I wanted was a pair of black leather gloves and then I spied a woman speaking with a SA with this plum Sabrina and a few other bags on her arm so I "hovered" ---- okay, stalked her

I couldn't believe it when she handed the bag back to the SA who caught my eye and I nodded and she handed it to me!!! I ended up getting it for a great price - under $390 and change! Also picked up some nice black leather gloves for $79 (longer length ones).

Nice!!!

And OT, good job on the RnR San Jose! I ran it last year and it was a great race with nice weather. :)

Actually up until today, weather has been really nice. Today is really cloudy and it's supposed to rain the next couple of days. But I think it'll clear up the last couple of days you're here. Definitely bring at least a fleece. lol.

I went to Petaluma today and I can only speak for a few things because I'm really bad with the names of the bags. Their Zoe selection was pretty dismal, they had brown, red and grey patent, with a few signature ones here and there. It's actually the worse Zoe inventory I've seen yet.

I did purchase some beautiful cashmere lined leather gloves that were originally $98, marked down 20% and then I used my 20% off coupon. They are a dark brown called Mahogany. They also have black, a chocolate brown, teal blue and hot pink. They had a different style glove that was shorter and had silver hardware on it, but it was more expensive and I thought a little too busy looking.

They had a box of initial key fobs for $9.99 but they were all thrown together so I couldn't see really which ones they had left.

Good holiday gifts, though -- camera cases, passport holders, umbrellas, etc.

I got those same gloves in black at Vacaville -- ITA those were the nicest gloves of all of them - I like the longer length too!

An SA tried to clean the dirt markings off with the leather cleaner but they wouldn't come off and the SA was afraid that if she rubbed any harder, that she might make the discoloration worse. I was offered an extra 10% off on the ginger Sabrina and it would also be a Final Sale. I opted to pass on the ginger Sabrina as the add'l 10% off didn't seem worth it and I'd rather have a bag that didn't have any discoloration issues. By the way, I stopped by my local Macy's afterwards and they had the large grey Sabrina at regular price and a large ginger Sabrina on clearance for 30% off the orig. retail price. With the add'l 20% off from the Coach outlet coupon, the ginger Sabrina was a better buy at the outlet.

The SA I talked to LIED to me on Saturday and said they had NO TRANSFERS! I went yesterday and they had some opart and I ALMOST bought a HUGE CLEAR PVC tattoo tote with white trim. I know it had to be SO COLLECTIBLE. It was only 200 after tax but I forgot my 20% coupon... because I wasn't going to shop!

ARGH, I hate this laptop. I just wrote this once and FF decided to move to another page and lose my working paragraph...

Ok, so here we go again.

It took me a little over an hr to get there (saw 7 accidents on my way down looking 101N, wow!) and had to circle once to figure out where it was first.

Parked close, thank goodness cause it was SOAKING outside.
They have not as good of jewelry selection as Lburg, Lburg has more bracelets to choose from, but they did have the BC pink lizard watch from last year that the eastern outlets havn't had in quite some time since I got mine.

Good selection of deletes (good, not great, maybe bordering on empty->good), 3 purple spectator lrg juliannes, one green julianne that was NOT large I don't think... few spectator madison shoulder bags in white/green, some sabrinas (colors leave me, sorry).
They had this one LE Bleecker tote that was canvas with painted-blue stripe along the bottom, a hamptons line item. I think there was a limited # sold of each color (black, pink, etc), would have been 150$ after 50% off... just too large for me to take home tho.

I actualy walked out w/o anything! (OMG!) but it was nice to see the store... and I found out one of my managers at Lburg actually used to live in Gilroy and was his childhood stomping grounds :) Small Coach world!

OH, I almost forgot... I LOOOVe the coat section... 2 sherling jackets, one with like a fox fur and wool woven jacket, and OMG THE TURNLOCK cardigans... I wish they were in my size :( but they were not. Why doesn't my local have these? We would have sold out in a heart beat since it's colder our way for sure!

Does Milpitas have any of the same jackets that Gilroy did? ANyone know?

Great report and pix! I don't recall a very good coat selection at Milpitas-- I think Vacaville rivals Gilroy more in that category. Sorry forgot to mention Gilroy is 3 complexes big. At least if you go to Milpitas, it's more straight forward.

Are you going to try and hit anymore outlets while you're here? Milpitas is half an hour away from Redwood city, so that's somewhat of an improvement.

I agree that Vacaville has more coats than Milpitas.. but I think people sell Milpitas short sometimes - the two times I've been there - on a Saturday & Sunday no less, there were tons of boutique delete bags and they just kept replenishing as people bought them, more than I've even seen at Vacaville/Folsom/Gilroy...but then again, it could've just been a good weekend... but then again, at Milpitas there isn't much jewelry or boutique delete wallets (if any - i don't even remember)

Milpitas does get in boutique delete wallets. They had a bunch of Madison slim envelope wallets and Madison small wallets not too long ago.

Since the outlet is in the Great Mall, there is a high volume of shoppers and things get picked over quickly. I was there last Saturday around 11am and I had asked SAs about several bags and they told me they had no more in the back.

Great pics Bunny! Gilroy does get in a lot of nice jackets -- I got one there last year at a total steal! Vacaville has a ton now too with the larger store.

Vacaville has two of those huge Bleeker canvas totes with the handpainted stripe if anyone is looking -- I think one in pink and one in a dark blue -- they would be fab beach totes!

Sorry you didn't find anything -- I know how it is when you're traveling and have to figure out how to get it home
