Leesburg Outlet Update 9/25/08

The Madeline's were leather right? Or patent? I don't remember signature or patent ones in lilac and a punch-like color. I know there was beet in leather.

I carried around the pat. mahog. Delphine for a while, until I realized I probably shouldn't do her :)

I was told it was 10 days...but even if it were 14, I wouldn't have been able to because it was more like 3 weeks rather than 2. I did check out the little return policy on their counter, and you are correct. It is 14 days. I believe she meant 14 days but mistakenly said 10.

Yeah, I was amazed at the Delphine bags to begin with... couldn't believe the pat. bleecker totes were there too..

Hey did anyone go to any of the Tanger Outlets Today? Did they reduce the clearance from 40% to 50%? Please let me know

PLayette, Leesburg nor Hagerstown are Tanger outlets, you might be better off asking in another thread...

I remember seeing both leather and patent, but I can't recall which ones were which colors. Maybe the pinkish one I'm thinking of was the beet (it was on the back wall--in the corner--on the top shelf, and beside it was the lilac). I'm almost positive they were both leather. I've never been interested in a madeline, so they just get a cursory glance. . . however, signature stripe totes are another story

Bunny, I carried the delphine, too, until my husband just rolled his eyes and said, "I thought we were here for you to RETURN a bag, not get a new one!"

I was like, "But the sales! We're talking 50% off!"

Needless to say, I walked out empty-handed. Can't wait to hear if you pick anything up today (Sunday). Good luck!

I'm hesitant to go but I will need to because my sister wants to go. Bunny, since you go there a lot...do they get upset if they keep seeing you? I'm afraid they'll kick me out for keep on visiting their outlet more than 3X a week. I just don't know if the sale will be there again.

Nah they don't get upset. I did have to return my spectator french wallet today because there was no way it was going to match my ivory thompson enough to keep it, so said the BH. So I forgot to find the receipt I know I have, but they still took it back and gave me a card for coach credit so as long as they know you, it normally helps some.

Selection today was pretty much the same as yesterday, however all the white delphine's were gone, and the pat. mahog was still there.

I would assume it MOST LIKELY ended today, but they've told me they don't know until they open up in the morning... I'm surprised it went to Sunday, but as soon as it was on still on Sat I knew it was still going strong...
