Japan Website: Can we order from there?

I read a post recently that someone tried to order something from Jax that was on the Japan site, and said it was on the Japan site and the CS wouldn't let her order it. Probably a CS inconsistency, but better off not saying it and getting rejected.

If JAX doesn't have it in their warehouse, they can't order it from Japan for you. only if they have it on hand.

i had my gf in arkansas call JAX for me to order the multi-colour flower charm (which someone here ordered recently and received with no problems), but they flat out told her that stuff cannot be ordered from the japan site.
