Default Incorrect pricing at the outlet?

I bought a large khaki leather Carly at the Carlsbad, CA outlet yesterday. The tag read $469 (handwritten), and then the bag had an extra 20% markdown. The little part of the price tag at the bottom that has the MSRP and Factory price printed on it was not there. I was just so excited to find a leather Carly at the outlet that I didn't check any of the other tags for prices. When I took the stuffing out of the bag when I got home, I found the little bottom tag and it read "MSRP $498, Factory Price $449".

I know $498 is the correct retail price for a large leather Carly, so my guess is that I was overcharged for the bag. Is it possible to bring the bag to a retail Coach store to get a price adjustment? If not, I can schlep out to the outlets in Camarillo (closest one to me) but if I can avoid that drive if at all possible I'd like to do so.

Also, is it true that the outlets usually get their shipments on Thursdays? I'd love to exchange the khaki for a black if I can find it. Thanks in advance! This is my first Coach purchase so I'm super psyched about it!

I don't know about all outlets getting shipments on Thursdays, my outlet said Tuesday here on east coast :)

This sounds like something that would have to be resolved at the store it was purchased.

call the outlet, they should be able to do an adjustment over the phone.
