How will this return be handled?

First.. for reasons that I don't want to get in here, at least right now, I'm not planning on making this return to my local boutique. I plan on either returning it to an outlet or shipping it back to JAX.

My receipt shows that the bag was paid for through an exchange of another bag & the remainder on my Credit Card.. I don't have anything showing how the exchanged bag was paid for but I'm 99% sure it was on the same credit card.

My question is.. How will they credit me? Will I get a full credit on my credit card or a partial & the rest in merchandise credit? Will it make a difference if I return it to JAX or the outlet?

It should be the same either way, without a receipt showing how the other % was paid for- you will get partial credit/store credit.
