Crazy line-up to get into the store and then to pay every year in Buffalo, NY. I don't think its worth the wait, i can't recall any additional discounts.

Here some scoop - I called the outlet in my area to have some bags held for me and was told that they will be doing a 'November refresh' for black friday and possibly bleeker totes and pleated ergos may appear - not definitive but said. I will try to confirm when I go on Saturday.

I went last year with my mom and yeah, it was a pretty long mess of a line in the coldness; I think we stood in line for up to two hours waiting to get inside, haha. But I got to talking with some of the ladies in my immediate part of the line, which was a lot of fun. And I ended up grabbing a few pieces (two bags, one wristlet) for a much better deal than I would've gotten them otherwise. I enjoyed the experience, but I'm not certain how I feel now after the outlets have been spoiling us with those 20% off coupons if they might only offer 10%. I think it'll depend on what merchandise will be in the store at the time and how they'll adjust the prices.

Yeah...I think I'll just use the current 20% off coupon (which sounds like it's actually a better deal than the Black Friday deal), and get my shopping done now, in peace, with no mob!!!
(coupon is available to print in the Coach shopping subforum) |

^^ The only problem with that concept is the outlets are now putting all the good stuff away in the back room until Black Friday.

I HOPE SO!!!!!! I reeeeeeeeally want to go. For people who've been and actually waited the lines, how early do you really need to be there? Is 10:00 pm too late? And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought they mark stuff way down, then if they have an additional 10% off, seems like that would be a better deal than the 20% coupons? I've never been, though, so I could be completely wrong. |

they dont mark stuff way down unless they get notes from coporated to know which stuff to mark down.. i dont think it worth going unless they holding on to some boutique stuff just for black friday.. right now the 20% coupon are pretty good deal to me..
