Does JAX ship items separately?

Ordered from JAX a day ago and received an e-mail confirmation of shipment of one item. I ordered two items and wanted to know if JAX ships items from the same order separately sometimes and curious as to why?

side note: I so did NOT like the customer service I received from JAX and the service when I asked a question online to coach via e-mail. They were kind of snotty. Or maybe I'm used to the super nice SA at my boutique.

Whoops I received them both today two different packages but one shipment.

Does JAX gift box stuff? I had asked but all I received was the items each wrapped in coach paper inside plastic coach packaging.

my friend has rang JAX on my behalf as well and the service was atrocious!

Yeah, it's a packed schedule LOL. Oh and not eating cupcakes(<---- Goal Accomplished!) which is good because it helps with the goal of fitness.
