it might be, i know they had the signature stripe totes and shoulder bags last week, but i dont usually look at the swingpacks. maybe try calling your outlet and asking

I didn't see the black one - only the pink one and blue one. Those had the regular Coach tag on it for full retail price plus 20% off. I don't know if there was a cheaper outlet price or not.
