The email I got like the one I got too says 30% off so I would plan on that.

Also do you guys think the shoes that were an marked 75% off would be an extra 30% too?

If so I am going to be so pissed because I went to Dillard's just this Monday and bought a ton of shoes and SPECIFICALLY asked if these shoes were going to be an extra 30% off and the SA looked at me like I was ridiculous and said ABSOLUTELY NOT, THAT WOULD MAKE IT LIKE 93% off and we don't do that.

Clearly she doesn't know math because it's 82.5% off. She emphatically said we NEVER go below 75% off on shoes! WHAT A LIE!

I can't even get my money back because Dillard's doesn't do price adjustments! UGH!
If you get a nice SA they might let you return them and rebuy them. I did it with a Coach wristlet last time they had the 30% off. I'm considering doing it again for the 40% off but it's too much effort.

Socaltrojan - 40% off is only in some markets like here in atlanta. I also had the same issue - bought a bunch of shoes at 75% off then they dropped to an add'l 40% off. So I went back and bought a couple more. I have found some of the associates there not helpful at all. Not all of them mind you so good luck. They could possibly let you buy them back but I think they may work on commission. And yes anything with a red sticker is 30 or 40% off. I managed to get a pair of cole haan flats for 14.00 - woohoo!

^^
I went and asked a SA and they said NO sorry just like I was expecting.

I guess its okay though I ended up coming home with 3 more pairs of shoes!! LOL. J. Vincent $150 flats for $26.25, Antonio Melani flats for like $14, and another pair of flats for like $8.75! LOL the shoes I bought on Monday were also flats! I have been in a flats phase lately!

I have bought more shoes this week than I have probably ever have in such a short time. I have been so bad haha. The shoe sales always drive me nuts! Last time, I ended up coming home with FOUR pairs of Coach shoes in one trip!

So I was hoping to come home with more Coach shoes today, and a ton of them were on sale for an extra 30% off the marked 50%, but I didn't like a single style they had in my size. All the good stuff was taken.

There is this lady who buys a ridiculous number of Coach shoes from the Dillard's I got to. I honestly wonder if she is an eBay seller. She doesn't even have to come in to the store. The SA picks out all the shoes she wants and ships them to her!!!

She bought a bunch of Coach shoes today. I know during the last sale like this I went to the SA told me she bought 30 pairs!!! I can only imagine how many she bought this time.

I then headed over to the Coach handbags section and sadly all they had on sale was the fall and winter patchwork and some accessories like wristlets. They did have wallets but only the really small ones that barely have space. I was so sad, I was hoping to score a great bag.

Oh and to those of you who had an extra 40%, I am quite jealous! Like I said my area has never had that promotion sadly, that's why I was a bit doubtful. I had no idea though that they have different percentages off in certain markets! I always thought it would be pretty consistent.

Anyone know why they do that?

Socaltrojan - I am also on a flats buying spree. They have had so many good pairs at Dillards. My favorite and most comfortable are the Antonio Melani Pleats - they come in black, black/silver, and silver. They are super comfortable and cute enough to wear with skirts. I recommend them if you don't already have a pair.

I also didn't really see any good coach shoes. I typically don't like the sneakers which seem to be left and for some reason don't really like the c's on my shoes unless they are subtle or the ballet flats.

It will be good when this sale is over - I will stop buying shoes!!! And also got two really cute dresses. I love the Antonio Melani and Gianni Bini lines - check them out they have some great stuff at 75% off and then the add'l percent off.

Does anyone know what coach shoes are on sale? Like is it specific styles (I'm assuming it's older merchandise).

I went tonight and they didn't have any coach shoes on sale....none that I saw anyway. They didn't have much coach period. Next time I think I'll try a different mall.

I did however score some fabulous Fossil sunnies for $7.20!

3nticing_d3sir3 - how funny, I love like 8 minutes from Perimeter mall. Thanks for posting, I went to the mall Saturday morning and picked up two really cute J. Vincent shoes and a pair of coach flats. I think I am going to return the coach shoes as they really aren't my style - they are the patchwork velvet and I think I may have only bought them b/c they were coach which is not a reason to buy something - they were also $50 when my other two pairs were about 12 each.
