Does anyone know if I can use a Coach gift card at an outlet store? Someone gave me one today but I have already ordered the only thing I wanted from the catalog (Karly loafers) and I didn't see anything online that I really had to have. I did, however, see a couple of things at the outlet last week that I liked.

Yeah you can use the gift card at the outlet. It's like returning something to the full price store, get store credit & you could even use that at the outlet as well.

Oh I forgot to mention the SA at the Williamsburg outlet said that all the bags & accesories that disappear from the Coach website & full priced stores go straight to outlet...It usually will show up at the outlets a full week later. Pieces of the denim patchwork should already be available in outlets. It just reminded me when I was reading an old thread on outlets.

I was just at two different outlets last weekend and I did not see any denim or even the pink summery patchwork. ( I could not remember what it was called).

But now that I think of it I did remember seeing the denim patchwork wristlets in both colors at the outlet in San Marcos; however there were no handbags.

Last month my outlet had the spring patchwork & pastel scribble line (totes, hobos, acces) but they were sold out the following weekend I went. Of the denim patchwork line the SA said that the wristlet, wallets, and demi was arriving in 5 days so they should have made it to outlets late last week. It might have been limited to how many each outlet received so they probably flew off the shelves.

The outlet in Lancaster PA was definitely getting the fall '06 patchwork in - they had some in toward the end of July. They also had a dylan hobo and mia satchel, but they weren't discounted at all (or if they were, it wasn't by much. And who knows if they have them in at this point). But that outlet seems to get some nice pieces - they seem to have a lot of signature, limited editions and I know over the July 4th weekend they offered 40% off on the optic line. The SAs there are really nice too.

Coach Outlet in Round Rock, Texas
I went to the new outlet this morning. They had LOTS of different styles of the Signature patchwork bags. I was surprised because I know this was a popular style and they sell like crazy on ebay.
There were also some great prices on the Coach Hampton Weekend totes. Like a $250 tote for $60!
So for those in Austin area- check it out.

I have a friend that is interested in going Labor Day weekend. So did they have lots of the denim patchwork? I am trying to get more specifics before I advise her to head out there.

^ All outlets instore stock changes everyday...One weekend they might have it & the next they don't. If your friend has a specific bag she is looking for she can always call the outlet & when they get one in they will call her & ask her if she wants them to hold the bag.
