Do you girls happen to know the name of this bag so I can research more about it? Thanks girls!
Can you ask the seller for a good clear photo of the creed patch inside the bag?

Does anyone know the style numbers (and which year they were sold) if they are genuine?
Thanks!
I've never seen the top one before, but it actually looks like something Coach could have made. Most counterfeiters would never bother to design something like that. If you ever find out its style number, please let me know. Are there any markings or stampings on the back? I'd be curious to know how you found it.

The other one looks like an early keychain from 2001 and the style number is 7274. It looks gold in the photo but I've only seen that style in silver. Maybe the color in the pic is a little off?

I could use a bit of help. I purchased two Coach Studded Totes #11505 from *bay. I purchased a black one and a brown one, both from different sellers.

I've received both, and they are really gorgeous. When I inspect them each individually, both appear to be authentic. However, when I make some comparisons between the two, there are slight differences that make me feel as though one is fake, or maybe even both are fake.

I am going to attach pictures of each, and would appreciate it if someone could help authentic them. I will need to post the pictures in two separate posts, as you can only include 8 phots.

BROWN

BLACK

A couple of differences I noticed between the black and brown totes are the straps on the brown tote seem "thicker" than those on the black tote. Also, the lining in the brown tote seems "heavier" than that in the black tote.

Is it possible for these types of differences to exist on the same style bag, and both bags be authentic??

Thank you in advance for any light you can shed on this situation!

If you're absolutely sure the inside's vinyl then it's probably counterfeit, but there's no way to tell just from those photos. That wallet is highly faked, and buying any wallet from a seller with Private listings is never a good idea. Contact the seller and insist on a full refund.

Personally, I don't know if Cashin had anything to do with the bag you asked about since it isn't a style I recognize. I have seen some of her actual "authenticated" bags sell for big bucks and they were in excellent condition.

The only way to authenticate it as a "Cashin design" is to submit photos to BonnieCashinFoundation dot org. For $20 they will tell you if it is her design.

I would only buy a bag if I liked it and wanted to use it. The seller of that bag needs more photos of the "wear and tear" because some wear and tear can't be "fixed".

Just my opinion.

Judging by the serial number, that bag was probably made in the mid to late 1980s, long after Bonnie Cashin left the company, so even if she designed it originally it wouldn't have any value as a collector's item. Genuine bags from the Bonnie Cashin era would never have a creed stamp or a serial number, as far as I know.

That's one of the reasons we need to see a photo of the creed patch.

Need help authenticating this Coach Hamptons Patchwork lg. tote (#10444) that I just bought off e-bay for my GDs b-day. I already posted my story about this in the e-bay thread and they suggested posting in the authenticate this thread too...
What happened was that the seller had no feedback, and after I won and paid (by paypal), the seller sent me an e-mail asking me to PLEASE leave positive feedback for him once I received the bag because since he was new, they would withhold my payment to him for 3 weeks OR until I provided positive feedback. Well I received it last night, and it appears OK to me (not fake) but when I went to e-bay to leave feedback it said the seller was no longer a registered user, so now I'm thinking this may be a fake bag (although I would think that E-bay would contact me if they knew this, right??)
Anyway, here are the pics, so please let me know what you think...
(Actually now that I look at my pics of the stitching around the creed, I'm starting to think it might be fake- I hope not)... TIA!!

Thanks! I saw both on eBay and both were silver color keychains. The descriptions weren't very lengthy and there was only the one photo in each auction so I don't know what the reverse side of each keychain looked like. I missed the bidding on both of them so I was hoping they were newer styles and I might ever find them on ebay again.

I don't see any problems with it. There are a few areas that the fakers always get wrong and this one looks perfect. I have a different bag from that same line and all the details match yours.

Once in a great while you'll see one of the C keyfobs, but the other one may have been a very limited piece. I wouldn't mind finding one of those myself, it's a really interesting design - assuming the crystals don't fall out like they usually seem to do.

Your best bet would be to keep checking the nearby outlets, Coach has re-released quite a few of the older designs so maybe one of these will turn up. Or you can print up a copy of the square one and see if anyone at the outlet or full-price store can identify it. Don't mention eBay though, maybe tell them you saw it on Craigslist but by the time you phoned it had already been sold.
