There are some new silky white dust bags that are only used for certain bags, such patent leather bags. The older dust bags are brown cotton with red drawstring ties, and the newer ones are a dark brown satiny material with silver drawstring ties. Do you have a picture of the dust bag?

They are style 7706 Hamptons Small Totes and the pictures are so awful it's really difficult to tell if they are authentic. The bag is Twill with leather trim and came in a variety of colors.

I'm not sure if they were highly counterfeited but I would ask for better photos to see if there is any damage.

I think the seller is just starting them at a low price and hoping for an increase.

While it looks ok from the pictures, I'd be hesitant to buy from a seller with very few feedback and private auctions.
