Will comment on the others later when I have more time...
#1 - auction has ended, but I would have wanted to see a closeup picture of the creed

#2 - looks ok, but wait for more opinions, as this style is frequently faked

#3 - fake. To clarify what I said earlier, the stitching on the real creed is actually an off-white color, not the bright white stitching that's shown in this picture. The colors on the tattersall lining also look wrong.

Please don't bid on anything from this seller.
Nope, you're not nuts! This seller is mixing pictures of fakes and real bags in their auctions. The first picture is a stock photo and the next photos are pictures of a fake bag. The bag in the picture of the bag in the box is real, but you can be sure that the bag you will receive will be fake!

Oh wow... in response to that style being fake, I thought something was off about this seller's (garygordon310) items, particularly their listings of these bags:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=150232678333

I was looking to buy the new Ergo Satchel from them, they had 2... but I felt like their bags looked funny in previous auctions. Perhaps this is another seller everyone should be aware to look out for?

That one particular bag, I was really wondering... they have the tags attached, the creed looks good to me, but the alignment in the front near the pocket and also on the bottom looks off! Mixing real with fake maybe??

Your input is greatly appreciated!
Yes, it will say Whiskey, Natural, or Brown on the tag. When the Legacy Whiskey bags age, they can develop into a deeper, almost reddish-brown color. Natural is a lighter brown color than Whiskey. Because it is a lighter color, it tends to show more scratches and marks, which is the nature of this type of leather but will be more noticeable on the Natural colored bags. Natural colored bags have white creeds, while the Whiskey and Brown bags have brown creeds. Brown is a darker, more true brown color than Whiskey. When Brown colored bags age, the color will darken but will not have reddish tones, like the Whiskey.

This seller's auctions were discussed on pg.489, in posts #7331, 7334, & 7335. Several of us were wondering how this seller has so many current season bags for sale, and selling most for less than retail. I think it's best to be cautious. Better safe, than sorry!

Thanks! I bought one bag that was supposedly whiskey, but was the same color as my natural (the natural had tags, so that was no brainer), but I wanted to be exactly sure of what I had! I really appreciate the explanation!

I took a look at this again, and there are things that look off to me about this bag, including the creed and the Coach stamping. I'd like to hear more opinions.

I'm not planning to buy this, but wondered if someone could tell me if it's fake:

It doesn't seem right to me--the closure looks much too big for the bag (quite unlike the Legacy satchels). I also thought I read that the Coach bags usually don't have signature lining. Can anyone confirm my suspicions (or am I totally wrong, lol)?

I believe this Legacy bag is from around '05. This line of Legacy bags was made before the '06 line of Legacy bags that was released with the Legacy stripe lining for Coach's 65th anniversary. Here is the drilldown pic for this style:
http://www.coach.com/assets/product_...n1/7458_d1.jpg
Leather bags can have signature lining. A lot of the leather bags from '05 had signature linings. It's the signature bags that shouldn't have signature lining.
This bag looks ok so far, but a closeup picture of the creed would confirm.
