Oops, I guess the style does exist, I didn't realize it was a diaper bag. It shows up on the drilldown although that just means there is such a style, not that the one you bought is authentic though I'm guessing there aren't many fake diaper bags made. There are lots here who know tons more than I do, hopefully they can comment.

Since it has signature on the outside, I wouldn't think that it would have signature lining? Also, on the drilldown version, the bottom c's are mini c's but not in this eBay version. I'll guess its fake.

If I'm wrong when guessing fake or not, I would really appreciate if someone would let me know as I really would like to learn more. Thanks!
