Well when I picked up my Leigh on Sat, I told the SA at the register that I don't think I'm being called from the client tracker list when they get a bag I'm on the list for. I have read people post about actually seeing something on the shelves that I have asked to be called for.
I flat out told her I don't trust that client tracker system. She said well there may be people on the list ahead of you for the same bag and they'll get it first. Well ok, but then whey are they for sale on the shelf and I was never called???? Personally I don't count on that system anymore.
It has failed me way too many times already and at more than just one store. I think you have to just keep calling the store to check for yourself!!!

It worked for me but they did tell me I was first on the list. I know baglady had the same problem though because I mentioned the Teal Gigi being at Ac and she was on the list and wasn't called. I guess it's a crap shoot.

Isn't that the truth! Even at Tannersville, where they know me and two of the SA's know what I am looking for, will put me in the client tracker and I don't get called. I've been on the list for a lily , any size or color, and was never called. Then when I asked the manager she said, "oh we had a black one on the shelf last week!" I told her I've been on the list for that all summer and nobody called me. Her reply, " I guess our client tracker isn't working again!"

I dont think those trackers work all the time.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.... I'll know now to keep checking the forum to find out if there are purses out there I'm looking for instead of waiting for an elusive call from the Outlets!!

I was at the store this Monday and it was absolutely crazy, never seen any store so crowded. I got in fine but when I was leaving there was a line of probably 20 people outside who were waiting for someone to leave so they can go in.
In the clearance section there were several Gigis (a few camel and one walnut but it was pretty scuffed), a bunch of signature Leighs (over $300 with the discount), bunch of leather shoulder strap bags (both sig and leather), some smallish bags (hobos, zip tops) that were not that discounted, several very large canvas weekend totes (never seen these before) and no Lilies.
There was almost nothing left in the 50% off section except some heritage stripe totes and some of the striped large C bags. The rest of the bags were only 20% - 30% off and same as the ones you find in any Coach outlet.
It was absolutely crazy and one woman even tried to take one of the bags I was holding.
On top of that, the SA messed up my return (I was returning 4 purses that I had previously bought) and instead of returning my money for one of them, she actually charged me again for it. I didn't catch that until I got home so now I'll have to go to my local outlet and hope they can reverse the error.
Unless they put out some new stuff after this weekend, there isn't much in that outlet to justify a trip there (unless you live nearby).
Luckily I was in AC anyway, so didn't feel bad about not finding much.

Nope, I probably won't go back until my Parents come back up from Florida next summer.
