Well, my outlet near my house is HUGE and the merchandise is displayed well. I don't mind shopping at an outlet, but 9 times out of 10- I end up returning my outlet purchases because I saw something better at a boutique.

007, I will hafta agree with you on the "SAs are rude"! I just went today and they acted like it was a bother to have me in the store...but then one was following me around all sneaky-esque...like I was trying to STEAL something! UGH! And then, I couldn't even HEAR the SA tell me the prices w/ discount when she was ringing me up. I was really excited to go and to find the EXACT bag I was looking for, but I didn't really like the customer service aspect.

The SA's do make all the difference. Luckily, in both of the outlets I go to the SA's are wonderful, and the managers are super great to deal with. Our local boutique has great SA's, too, so we've had nothing but spectacular service each and every time.

Exactly! I've had SA's at the Outlets go in the back and pull bags that haven't yet been handled.

I was always a strictly boutique shopper. You are right about hidden treasures. My problem is that I find more hidden treasures than I should.
