I went to Coach in Yorkdale after work and saw their sales shelves. I stood around and noticed that they refresh the shelves from time to time. I got some amazing bags at amazing prices. I got 4 bags and 2 wallets and just couldn't carry anymore. For instance, I got 2 wallets (regular priced at $168) for $39.99 each. The rest of my collection were: 2 black Ergo Signature bags, one pure leather pre-Carly "Capacity" bag, and one khaki Signature zippered Tote. Many of their styles were 50% off and more!

This Purse Forum really provides such great connections on Coach and other purse information. Thanks to your thread, I now have an amazing and extensive Coach collection. It surprises me that the sale has continued a week after your thread. There were so many good things left.

I hear the sale is running until Wednesday so I'm trying to debate on which day I should go. It's good they're restocking items because I'm sure they're super busy.

Did you happen to see any Legacy items, accessories, purses, etc?

Yeah, they had Legacy Leather Framed wallets ($218) for and the Legacy Framed Slim Envelope with the brass kisslock change purse for 50% off the regular price. The colours I saw were yellow, teal, and grey. I think I saw some legacy handbags but there were only a few, but I was not paying attention. None caught my eye.

Notice that the 'yeucchy' bags are on the shelves, but don't be disheartened. Be patient and wait for the SA to come out and drop some stuff, but you'd better be quick and snatch 'em or they will be gone in a heartbeat. Even if you don't want it, it's better to hang onto them.

I have a 10 minute rule--if I could carry an item I want around for 10 minutes and I have still not lose interest in it, then it goes home with me.

Oh, btw, I don't have a digital camera (how embarssing in the digital era), but I can try to post some pictures I found on the Internet of what I've got. In fact, I am carrying the Black Ergo today and I totally love it. I've seen eyes covet the bag so I know it's a total winner.

You sound like you keep your ears to the ground (metaphorically speaking) when it comes to great sales so I hope to see more of your threads and I'll do the same. Holt Renfrew has an up to 40% off designer sale (most of the 'good Coach' stuff are gone) but it doesn't compare to Coach.

Hi, I've uploaded some pictures but they're in my 'album'. I can't seem to upload directly onto here unless I have a URL link, but I'm a little too tired to try to re-locate the URLs for all the pix.

So, if you click on my name, T-Girl, I think you can see the pictures. I got the black Ergos and the khaki tote, the Chelsea bag, and the zip wallet (one brown and one teal) I got yesterday at the Yorkdale sale.

Any suggestions on how I can upload a picture on my avatar? I don't seem to see any links to do that.

^Great purchases, T-Girl. Don't you just love the prices of the Ergos? I was going to get the Hobo but got the Tote instead and a Chelsea Tote. I didn't want to purchase 3 black bags in one day. I thinking of going back on Tuesday or Wednesday to possibly get something else.

As for Avatar, go under "My Control Panel" you should be able to update your avatar from there.

Thanks Luvsbags&shoes! I found it and now show off my Whiskey Legacy Shoulder Bag as my avatar! Did you see my 'album' of the Coach stuff I've purchased? I'm still learning how to upload onto this forum. At least I can say that I've uploaded pix of my collection.

Yeah, the prices for the Ergos are totally amazing! I hope the Bleekers go down in price and I will also return at least one more time before this glorious sale ends this Wednesday. I got 2 black Ergos and one grey Chelsea. I could never get enough of black bags. I prefer the discreet black colour but I could not resist getting a khaki print because I don't have one in my collection and should get at least one. In another thread, there was someone who said she was sick of seeing most women carrying the same Coach signature khaki Cs coach bag prints--which is magnified with people carrying the khaki counterfeits. Well, for me it's the opposite: I don't have this printed bag to feel sick of it. So, for me, it's ironically refreshing that I would own a Coach Signature khaki jacquard printed bag.

[I will try to repeat this message on the other thread but it's too late tonight and I'm heading off to bed soon.]

The Chelsea reminds me of a Carly but without the excess heavy brass but maintains the same kind of look. I also prefer this bag over the Carly because it sits better on my shoulder. I am so happy that it was drastically marked down and I got my grubby hands on it!

I can't believe the Ergos were so cheap! I love that line! I'm hoping they have some good stuff tomorrow, I'm going to try and wait around and see if they restock. I'm hoping so!

Thank you so much for your comments. I went back today to Yorkdale and I stuck around for an hour but didn't see them restock. The sale will continue, from what the SA told me, until this SATURDAY.

I did get 2 more wallets ($39 each--one for a gift) and I did 'splurge' for a Tattersall Bleeker flap bag in teal ($448 to $224). I also got two initial keyfobs for $9 each. I've refreshed my 'album'.

I'm such a Coach Whore now.

P.S. Also, this will be their LAST sale at Yorkdale. There will be a new CANADIAN Outlet store opening by the end of the year in Windsor. So, no more crossing the borders if you can help it, eh?

I also went today and was sad to see they didn't restock. I was there right in the morning and there was a group of girls waiting to get in! Nothing really caught my eye except a cute little Coach flashlight key-chain that I got for $9. I also got a leather iPod mini case for $9!

I'm thinking they might be holding back a little because I doubt the sale can run until Saturday with the stock they have left. The only good bags I really saw were the Gallery Totes. I'm wondering if I should pop back in again but I feel like it might be a waste of time.

That sucks that this will be Yorkdale's Last Sale. Windsor is an even further drive than the Niagara Falls, NY outlet.

I'm thinking about heading down to Yorkdale tomorrow and Wednesday to see if they have anything else coming out. I'm in love with the prices of the bags but not necessarily all the bags that they have! Driving the 1/2 hour is worth all those sales.

Yeah, the SA told me that because she said that there will no longer be sales in the Yorkdale branch and any stuff they cannot sell will all be shipped to the Windsor Outlet store. So, get your Go Bus passes to Windsor ready!

that you waited early this morning and didn't see anything worth buying.

It seems as though there are more stuff during the weekends when it gets busier. For me, I was happy to see new wallets and I got two, and some initial keyfobs, and the the Tattersall bag which I really luv! I waited for 1 hours from 11-12 noon but had to leave to go to work. They didn't refresh the shelves while I was there and none of the SA were telling me when they would.

Best advice: Have a friend to keep you company during the wait or befriend a bargain-hunting family and you will get the best deals--it worked for me this past Saturday (I got 3 bags that they passed to me because they had extras).

I'll probably go check the store again from time to time because I'm nearby. I am hoping for one more classic leather bag (Bleeker or Legacy) and my Coach collection should be done! I looked at all my stuff today and I really shake my head

at how gluttonous I've become.

Hi Luvsbags&shoes! I hope you don't drive all the way here just to see a couple of shelves of duplicate old bags.

LadyV and I didn't see much but I did get a few items today--nothing as 'glorious' as I got on Saturday. Maybe wait until Friday if you're driving from a far distance. I would feel bad that you wasted a trip based on my advice.

For me I got the last large Tattersall bag and I was glad I waited because on Saturday it was 30% off but now reduced to 50% and I snatched it.

So, maybe it may be worth the trip...or maybe not. Good luck though either way. I am almost done with my collection....just one more classic Coach leather purse for me!

The SA at Coach say that they just receive boxes from other stores and they don't know what they will get. When they open the boxes, they will bring them to the shelves. They also said that they receive shipments regularly. Hopefully there will be new stuff from now until Saturday.

I'll check the store from time to time. I want another quality leather handbag and then I'm done. If I don't get anything, who cares? I am close by enough to visit there and see what's going on.

Good luck and I hope you enjoy your visit to TO. It's gonna be killer busy this weekend at Yorkdale--last day of Coach sale??? Total madness!
