1. Do SA's work on Commission? If yes then I am going to meet a SA and build a relationship with them and give them all my business.

2. How old of items are available at the outlets? For example will I find bags from say 2006 there?

1) I don't think they work on commission because when I was in the store this weekend and said I wouldn't order until next week, she said anyone could help since they don't work on commission.
2)They do have some 2006 stuff, lots of 2007 stuff, and a few 2008 stuff (only if returns normally). They also have factory only stuff that is new for 08.

Don't know about the first question, but I know there is both 2006 and 2007 stuff at the outlets. I got a small black 2006 ergo hobo for $63 last weekend!
