Why won't Coach let us use PCE online??

I don't have a Coach store anywhere near me...I wish I could use my PCE online. Anyone know if Coach will ever let us do that??

I don't either and it bugs me that my online purchases don't count towards being a good enough customer to receive the PCE card. I get them occasionally, but IMO, online should count! Discriminates against those of us in small towns.

Call a store and see if they'll let you mail the card in... that's what I've done the last two PCEs now that we don't live near a store anymore!

My outlet SA told me today that if I come into the outlet (still an hour away!), I can order at the outlet from the book or from the computer or from Jax... I would call Jax and see if they'll do it for you. And if they won't... call back and get a different person

(I am such an annoying customer!)

I agree. I live 2+ hours from my closest outlet and boutique. Plus they mail out the cards so close to the date of the event that there's not even much time to plan a trip somewhere so you can use it. I never thought of mailing it to a store. I might try to do that next time.
