Tattersall tote strips not lined up!! HELP!

Hi Everyone,
I just received my tattersall canvas tote today. The strips on the side do not line up!! Is yours lined up?

The C's aren't lined up on the sides of the Heritage stripe totes either. Must just be the style of these totes.

That makes sense to me since the stripes are different colors of the overall plaid pattern. I think it makes more sense to NOT be lined up.

I posted this thread in this PCE forum without realizing, and I don't know how to move it to the main one, which is why I posted another one... Anyone tell me how to move threads? I'm very new at this.

My fiance bought me a large Watercolor hobo last spring from Coach.com and the stripes didn't line up across the pocket (which they were supposed to in the picture). It drives me crazy... you should try to return it or exchange it if it is going to bother you. Did you buy it at at Coach store or somewhere else?
